Collaboration with Famed
We would like to devote all our attention and time to providing you with quality care. This is why we have outsourced our invoicing and payment collection activities to Famed. Famed from 1 February 2018. Famed is a professional and reliable company which specializes in these matters. In most cases, they will first submit an invoice to your health insurance company. You will then receive an invoice only for the costs which are not reimbursed by your health insurance company.
What will I see on the invoice?
Your invoice will list the activities we have carried out during the treatment. The Dutch Healthcare Authority has established flat fees for each activity.

Would you prefer a paper invoice or an online invoice?
Invoices are sent to you within a few weeks of your treatment. If you would like to settle your invoice online, you can create an account on notavanfamed.nl to see an overview of all your invoices and personal information. You can also submit your invoices to your health insurance company directly from there. If you register for FiNBOX (a collective ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank initiative), Famed will set up the payment order for you automatically in your internet banking environment. All you then have to do is approve it – nothing else to worry about.
Payment scheme and paying on time.
Famed’s payment term is 30 days. If you will not be able to pay on time, contact Famed as soon as possible on 0900-0885 (€0.15 per minute) or go to notavanfamed.nl. They can help you to set up a payment scheme. You can use the contact details above to request a payment scheme and obtain information about the conditions.
